  • Easy. Browse our online menu, choose your favourites, select your quantities and add everything to your basket. Once you're happy, head to checkout and we'll take it from there.

  • Yes, our minimum food order is £100, excluding VAT and delivery charges.

  • We require a minimum of two working days' notice for all online orders. For example, orders placed on Friday will be available for delivery from Wednesday.

    For larger orders or bespoke catering, we'd recommend getting in touch a little earlier.

  • Need to make a change? Get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Changes are subject to availability and how far along we are with preparing your order.

  • Absolutely. Our menus are designed for sharing, whether you're feeding a small team or a whole office. For larger events or something more bespoke, get in touch and we can put together a menu to suit.

  • We deliver across Crawley, Gatwick, Manor Royal and surrounding areas of Sussex. Not sure if we cover your postcode? Get in touch and we'll let you know.

  • We deliver Monday to Friday, with delivery slots available to select at checkout.

  • Yes, you can choose from our available delivery slots when placing your order. We recommend selecting a slot that allows a little time before your meeting or event begins.

  • Yes, delivery charges vary depending on your postcode. The delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Of course. We offer a range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. You can tell us about your group's dietary requirements when placing your order.

  • Allergen information is available alongside our menu items. Please let us know about any allergies when ordering, or contact us beforehand if you have specific concerns.

    Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle a range of allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens.

  • Our food arrives in sharing platters and boxes, ready to open, serve and enjoy. No fuss, no complicated setup, just good food.

  • We're committed to making thoughtful packaging choices, prioritising lower-impact materials wherever practical and continually looking for ways to reduce waste.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Our menu prices are displayed excluding VAT. Any applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout.

  • You can pay securely online when placing your order.

  • Of course. VAT invoices are available for your business records.

  • We understand plans change. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

    For standard online catering orders:

    • 3 or more working days' notice: Full refund.

    • Fewer than 3 working days' notice: No refund.

    These terms are subject to your applicable statutory rights. Bespoke events and larger catering bookings may have separate cancellation terms, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
